Hi All!

Well we made across the Abermarle Sound today. Was lumpy at the beginning but calmed down after 2 hours. We made it into Coinjock, NC today.
We don't have any more big bodies of water until we get to the Chesapeake Bay. So we should be able to make it to Norfolk tomorrow.

We were able to get water at the marina which was great. We emptied out the water tanks so they wouldn't freeze when we left the boat in Belhaven, NC. Luckily there was enough water left in them for dishes and a few showers. We were running very low but now we have enough to make it home. Yay!

We stayed at the Coinjock Marina whose specialty is Country Fried Chicken. It was yummy! Their restaurant is very nice.

We are on our way to Norfolk, VA tomorrow! Yes...I did say VIRGINIA! Finally getting closer to home!
