Last day in the Southern Ionian for this trip

Today was the last day for us in the Southern Ionian having been afloat for nearly two weeks. A fantastic time so far but a day off today. As I was drinking my morning tea on deck, a dinghy was approaching with someone on-board waving frantically...our next-door neighbours from Gouvia Marina, Mike and Joan from SV Katakana! It's a small world! So drinks arranged for 5pm, breakfast completed, fire up the dinghy and head for shore about a mile away for some minor shopping items. Well it seemed a shame not to stop at Vliho Yacht Club for a coffee, but as it was our last day here for a while, an ice cold beer was more appropriate! Along with a dinner reservation for 7pm....which finally turned out to be 8pm after losing track of time on KATAKANA....!
