Our agent sent us an e-mail on Sunday indicating our Transit Date Assignment is March 25th! Good news is that we have a date. The bad news is that our two crew members from Portland/Seattle had plane tickets to arrive March 7th and depart March 21st. So I called Peter, gave him the news, and we are hoping that they will be able to adjust their personal schedules and plane tickets to allow them to be here for the Canal Transit. How difficult it is to plan dates around a moving target. We had no idea that the transit assignment would be three weeks out. Ugh.
