We have time before the Annapolis Boat Show October 7-9. So we left Rock Hall Landing Marina, anchored for two nights in the Wye River. Then moved outside St. Michaels, where we will anchor for tonight. The weather has finally turned from rainy to sunny, fall temperatures in the 60's. We mailed payment to our refrigeration repairman, noting that the system is working well. We are both enjoying our books. Sue is reading Michener's 'Chesapeake', and I am reading Toll's 'Six Frigates', both covering history involving the Chesapeake Bay. So riding our dinghy and 'Julia Max' in these parts, makes us imagine what it was like for the early settlers. Meanwhile we are digging out fall clothing to stay warm. I'd rather just go south. But first the Boat Show, and the Cape May Bird Festival. October 25th we will be heading south if the weather permits.
