The Spanish Virgin Islands are between the USVI and Puerto Rico, actually belonging to Puerto Rico. Winds were a mild E15, but the seas were a raucous 5-7' from the SE. Upon arrival I tried to use our CBP Roam App, but was unsuccessful without the Internet. With 4 bars ATT I was able to phone the US Customs number, and was processed normally over the phone. All of this difficult communication is tiring and frustrating. Tomorrow morning I will phone the US Customs at the airport in Culebra, and arrange seeing them to show my physical passport. The winds in the harbor this afternoon piped up to 20 knots, making us decide to stay on the boat and catch up on reading and sleep.
