The trip from Meyer's Chuck to Foggy Bay was a 12 hour day that started at 05:30 am. There was little wind, and no rain. So it was a good test for our newly repaired engine. And she did a great job! After arriving in sunshine, we settled in for a sockeye salmon dinner, followed by a
leisurely kayak tour of the neighboring shore line and anchored boats. Tomorrow we head across the Canada border to Prince Rupert. In preparation for customs we use the ArriveCAN app to announce our arrival date, port of entry, our passport info, our COVID Vax info, and where we will
be staying our first night in Port. Our crossing of Dixon Entrance is always a serious concern that we have mild weather. This crossing can get pretty souped up with significant seas if one is not watchful. Tomorrow will be light conditions, good for crossing!
