Rounding Brooks Peninsula

The weather and sea state around Brooks Peninsula can be the most difficult conditions that the West Coast of Vancouver Island deals out. Forecasts always seem to be 15-25 knots whether from the SW or the NW. The Peninsula sticks out six miles, and is the crux of the circumnavigation. We fortunately waited until winds were SE10-18, and made our run for it.
