Work, work....

I have settled back in, and accepted that we are not going to get away this year, well not until November perhaps. Paul does not want to sail in New Zealand in the winter. He is not hot blooded like me.
Lots of changes have happened at my work, I have had to cut back on the amount of lifting and driving I do. At present I can drive the Library Bus for about half a day, but any more and my body protests.
So I am getting more involved in the Childrens program at the Library (funtimes, School holiday programs) I have been asked to co-ordinate a Library Roadshow for the schools in our district. Sounds really scary, but it isn't really. It means I will be having a ball going round to schools with some other looney Librarians and reading the children stories, doing Readers Theatre, promoting the Library. And I get paid to do this.....
We are going to hopefully sail over to Great Barrier Island over the Easter Break, this will of course depend on the weather. Paul is in the process of fixing the head, which has a tendency to leak water into the boat if you don't put the lever in the right position. (this happened to us a few weeks ago) We are still looking for a dinghy that will fit nicely on deck, sail, and row well. We have our eye on a seabird 2.3.
Soooooo thats whats the haps with me.
Cheers
