About: I'm the only one on board usually, preferring solo sailing. In some past life I sailed from Australia to Europe and back. 30 years later as a landgroper, I thought it was time to head back to sea, having forgotten just about everything about sailing.

So got myself a new thick aluminium twin rudder, twin keel, twin carb (just kiddin') 11m sloop, and decided to do some practice in the Med... 2013 was about sailing from my temporary base of Hyères, South of France, to Corsica, Sicily, Malta and from there non stop to Northern Cyprus.. and back.
