Hi Guys,
Sending a quick note. Quick sail from Oa Pau but did not leave till 10:30. Anchored by 3:30. Only 28 NM. Went through the gamut- broad, beam and close reaches.Bay is quiet - Yay!
Chuck working on hull. So filthy. I cleaned it in Fatu Hiva but just growing back. YUK! He is cleaning and then putting on conditioner and wax. Tough job out of the dinghy.
Anyway, looks like a couple of days of minimal wind here so we may hit it lucky. 7 weeks worth of laundry other than what I have done by hand. Propane, diesel, provisioning and then hopefully some tourist stuff.
It is gorgeous here. Huge bay, fuel dock (not the North American or Mexican kind) looks like some nice beaches and a park close by, bit of a walk to town to provision. We will see. The adventure continues.
