You've Got To Be Kidding!

We're busy putting the finishing touches on our sanding today. Next, the first of 3 coats of cream color paint will go on the sides of the cabin top and the deck edges.
Even though we became quite proficient by the time the third coat of primer was on, we decided to have an experienced painter do this bit. He'll start on the 8th. The clock seems to be ticking really fast now. I'm starting to be nervous about getting the work done, and Lark put back together by the 24th.
So, getting back to the title of this post ... About mid morning our yacht broker pokes his head up from the top of our ladder. Wanted to let us know he's had 3 enquiries about Lark this week, and can he bring a fellow by on Sunday to have a look? Brad and I were so stunned, that we just stared at Bill and nodded our heads.
Sitting there sweaty and dusty, I'm certain we were both thinking the same thing.
You've got to be kidding!
