We arrived in Faua harbor, Nukualofa, Tongatapu, Kingdom of Tonga at 8:45 am. It's a med tie, anchor off the bow and two lines from the stern to the shore. There were three other boats here when we arrived --- Kalalau, Follow You Follow Me, and Blue Lady. Word is that the Ha'apai, Va'vau and Niua island groups are wonderful cruising grounds, but that Tongatapu leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, it's the location of most of the people, and therefore the main airport.
I leave for the US the day after tomorrow. Tane and Tomas have two months of idyllic cruising ahead of them --- luckily there's also plenty of work to do on the boat to (partially) keep them out of mischief.
