This was our second day of travelling alone, our sailing buddies had flown home to Australia for Christmas, kind of lonely out here by ourselves.
we had intermittent rain all day, though the winds were in our favour, so we got a few hours of sailing in. We dropped the anchor at approx. 4.30pm. We had heard there would be many fishing boats here, but in actual fact there were only a couple. Next day it was onto Koh Muk West.
After a late start as we only had 25NM to do, we arrived mid afternoon. Seems we have new sailing buddies, Liz and Steve on Liberte. Nice to have the company.
On Koh Muk (Koh is island in Thai) there is this cave, the Emerald Cave in which there is an 80 metre pitch black passageway leading to a completely enclosed circular cathedral Hong with a diameter of 60 metres. You can only enter on a low tide if using
