It was time to venture out into the sea again - we put up the sails, left St. Lucia and headed north to Martinique. Nicole was having trouble with seasickness on the boat whether we were at anchor or out on the open sea. She was armed with loud tunes, sea bands, crackers and an aromatherapy stick to ward off the nausea during our crossing. Nicole was quite the trooper, feeling sick all the time and never complaining, but eager to get off the boat when the opportunity arose.
