A Little Talk With Luna

E: Luna, look outside. It's snowing!
L: That isn't snow. It's teeny, tiny flakes dropping out of the sky. What is interesting about that?
E: It's the sign of things to come-- cross-country and downhill skiing, snowshoeing and sledding and snowmen!
L: Does this mean you're going to make me wear that girly pink fleece jacket with those ridiculous black booties Ed got for me?
E: Probably.
L: And does that mean it will no longer be hunting season so I can stop wearing this downright ugly orange vest which clashes with my fur?
E: Yes.
L: Let's see. Pink jacket with black booties vs. orange vest...isn't there some island we need to visit?
E: Well, I can't say I blame you. I can't imagine what Ed was thinking ordering you black booties to go with your pink fleece jacket.
L: That is not the point.
