My stay on the Koala So far

It's been rough. First, I had to watch as the men set sail out of Nassau. Next, we sailed across to Highborne Cay and they made me breakfast, lunch, and dinner, french toast, hamburgers, and steak. Evan caught a Spanish Mackerel which he later cooked on the grill. I had to take part in eating it to simply honor it's short lived life. We went through mangroves at Shroud and hiked a few beaches. The water is so clear that sting rays and nurse sharks are easy to see as they glide by you. The ocean has been very calm and the hardest thing I've had to do so far is get a tan. As a matter of fact, it's not as easy as it looks. Even though I lay there all day toiling away it still looks like I haven't left Miami. Today we hiked to the top of Boo Boo Hill, which is supposedly haunted. There is an amazing view at the top and apparently those who think ahead leave carefully carved and painted driftwood to mark their place and ask for good weather. There are also blow holes (holes in the rock where air gets expelled as the ocean rolls in) that sound like a whale and Jim did his best Marilyn Monroe impression by standing over one. The Exumas are amazing.
