Going places - one day at a time

Covid, lockdown and sailing

It's been quite a 'busy' week.
Lockdown, and the effects it would have on my ability to go sailing, has been on my mind a lot lately.
So, this week, I have been out sailing at every conceivable occasion.

I may have been overdoing it a bit because as a result, everything (mainly knees and other joints) now hurts.
Arthritis has come early in my life.

Covid has (and will continue to) placed severe restrictions on what is possible.
I can go to sea (outside the hours of curfew), but not go anywhere.
This means that at the moment I am limited to day-sails from/to my home port.

It's better than no sailing at all, but I'm really looking forward to being able to go places - whilst I still can.
