Rain shower in the morning, 50 – 72
Wow from Latitude/Longitude starting from Saugatuck, MI to here (N42 40.60 x W 086 13.00 to N30 40.451 x W 081 28.296) we’ve moved approximately 12 degrees of latitude south and 5 degrees of longitude east in 5 months at a speed between 4-9 knots. Wayne feels we’ve moved to fast, at times I feel we’ve moved to slow. I’d love to stay and visit places for longer periods of time, but the cold just makes me want to move south… Waited around most of the morning for the winds/rain to die down then after 11:00 decided to stay. Not much happening – caught up on some email from family and tried to figure out what our next move should be… So we hung out and did boat chores, waited for the winds to die down, then got the dingy off the deck, back into the water, attached the motor, then put it back to the davits so we’re ready to leave tomorrow.
