Lady Liv is out of the water !
Spice Island Marine gently and very efficiently eased us into the slip and lifted Lady Liv out of the water. Then after a brief pressure wash to remove the tiniest amount of algae - the Tropikote Islands 44 antifoul we used in December 09 has lasted so well, there was no ecosystem to remove this year!- the yacht was moved on a low loader to her summer vacation spot. The only problem was that the summer spot was way too narrow and Lady Liv did not fit !! So she now occupies a corner of the boatyard facing the sea, which for obvious reasons we will call "Mozzie corner". Captain and crew are residing at a local apartment close to the yard - in fact we can see LL from our window, and enjoying a relatively mozzie free zone, with air conditioning.
