Nature is a wonderful thing, and it's all around us in the Caribbean. On our way down to Grenada, we spent two wonderful days & nights anchored off Sandy Island, which is more of a sand spit than an island, but it's beautiful, secluded and has great snorkelling. It's also where we met Harry the seagull ... we nicknamed him 'Ha-ha'Harry' because each time he flew up to us and had a nosy around the cockpit looking for any food on offer, he chirped out 'ha ha ha ha' ! Whilst we have fed seagulls off the back of the boat before, they have never ventured close enough to hand feed them - not until Ha-ha-Harry arrived on the scene !! He landed on the life rings at the back of the boat, danced about on his black webbed feet until he steadied himself, and then waited for a food offering. He fed happily from our hands and kept coming back for more. As you can see, he was very bold, but his perseverence was rewarded !
