The Bequia Music Festival at the end of January each year is one of the Season's highlights - a wonderful combination of genres from Soca to Reggae to Blues and Jazz. Our guests, Anita & Chris flew in from the UK to join us in Grenada and endured the long trip up island to PSV and then onto Bequia. The weather continued to be squally and unsettled, not dry-season weather at all - so the big seas and high winds continued to make the crossing less than enjoyable. After sharing a weekend of music we sailed south again to pick up our next guests from Carricou. Chris misjudged his step into our dinghy on one occasion and was proudly bearing our ensign - he had held onto the ensign as he stepped into the boat and snapped our flagstaff - he made a wonderful Britannia !!
