A Very Happy Easter to all our guests, family & friends ...
We have been in Prickly Bay over Easter this year, waiting for some engine renovation works to be done, and so the Crew of Lady Liv have taken a well-earned break to enjoy some fun time with their friends in the Caribbean... We stayed onboard our very special friends yacht 'Trillium Wind', who were anchored in Hog Island, and enjoyed a special Sunday afternoon at Roger's Bar on Hog - he is almost an institution now - listening to a local band and liming on the beach. In the absence of any decent looking hot cross buns in the Grenadan shops this year, M decided to combine a Good Food and Delia Smith recipe to make a batch of HC buns herself, a first ! ... they were fab !! And much tastier than the Tescos variety at home (UK), using the local Grenadan spices and ingredients.
