Last Friday morning we arrived in Yalova. It was a bit of a hazzle until we find a suitable berth. The location is very conveniently located: close to the city centre, next to bus and ferry terminals, many shops and restaurants close by, huge vegetable market. This is a real city, not some holiday or tourist spot like Cesme or Marina di Ragusa.
Lynn did travel back to Beijing for 3 weeks to sort out some business things, while I am staying here and try to get a few jobs done on the boat. Let's see what can be achieved, as it is so hot. Yesterday I took the ferry to Istanbul and did some sightseeing. After I processed the pictures I will upload them to my flickr account.
