A So So Sort of Day

01 September 2017 | 780 Miles West of Port Denison WA
8:30pm Friday 1st September 2017 ( UTC+7 ) L'Eau Commotion is now running under full jib alone with quartering seas. Each time I contemplate putting up the main another little squall comes along and we head off towards the South Pole, but in a few minutes it dies away and back to travelling 6 knots on course. There seems no way of dodging the next high due to form to the West without a very large deviation to the North and as there are no attendant strong winds it'll be travelling West at about 30S. As the very last spud was consumed last night with lashings of butter and today being the first day of Spring it was time to start on my Multi Vitamins. I didn't realise there were so many!
