L'Eau Commotion Westabout

9:00pm Saturday 30th September 2017 ( UTC+3 ) A nice fast run today under jib alone with a quartering breeze around 18 knots. There was no temptation to put up any more sail as the average speed was over 7 knots pretty well on course with very little slewing around. Just as predicted this NE wind changed abruptly to the South around dusk and with a minimum of fuss we are now making good time under jib and double reeled main. We're heading a little North of track to dodge those blue holes but the blighters pop up at random so it could be a quiet day tomorrow before a real blow sets in. For a change this is in the right direction so again looking for a fast few days. Made more water today so if it's quiet will do some washing. Sounds pretty boring? Good, that's the way I like it!
