A Dodgy Day
16 December 2017 | 2655 Miles to Cape Horn
6:00pm Saturday 16th December 2017 ( UTC-2 ) Just when I think everything is settling down to a steady but unremarkable pace along comes one of those little white clouds that cry and though the resultant fine misty rainbow may seem quaint at other times the resulting lollop as the wind dies away makes me want to weep. One of the things that surprises me most is when I look at the log it's much more than just a stump - each day of better than a hundred miles is not to be sneezed at. So I take out the hanky, dab the corner of each eye and blow away such negative thoughts, which in any case in my philosophy do not exist.
