A very ordinary but otherwise quite pleasant day of bright sunshine and light Easterly winds was spent reading an American best selling high tech spy mystery The Lions of Lucerne. I really feel like congratulating myself at being able to continue reading such absolute piffle but this must be tempered by the fact that there is a long stretch of the Pacific ahead and little better in my Kindle library.
