The Time Zone that is. Just put the clocks on Brisbane time to ease myself back into civilisation. The sailing has been very comfortable though not all that rapid with ten or twelve knots almost directly astern. I have the small jib poled out to Port with a single reef in the main to give a reasonable balance. I know I should be flying the kite but I donât want to upset the apple cart at this late stage in proceedings. To my dismay I find I only have sufficient oats for one more breakfast so an urgent cable was despatched to my shore support team to have the necessaries available Sunday. Today I had the company of a pair of Albatross who often came in for a perfect zero speed touch down quite close astern. I have often wondered if the turbulence of the yachts keel is bringing some goodies to the surface. Itâs tough to predict an ETA with the possibility of some calms but I am still hoping for Sunday morning.
