After breakfast I started to sort out the gear for the BiSymmetric and in due course it unfurled and set nicely with no problems. I knew Tom would be looking for that little bit extra so to fill in the slot I unfurled the staysail and discovered the furling extrusion had broken a little above the rope drum.
