Day 36 Time : The Midday Sun, Saturday 13th July 2019
Well here we are loping along at a leisurely 7 knots with a double reefed main, staysail ( to accentuate the slot ) and jib in a quartering 18 knot breeze. Now I'm not making this up but to quell any cynical response the above photos show the Latitude 23 South, the Cabin Temperature 23 Centigrade and the Sea Temperature 23 Centigrade. Not shown but affirmed a bright Sun from a clear blue sky shining through the open Saloon hatchway on to my uncapped head. Now if that is not excuse for my subsequent rambling diatribes you can simply say the poor fellow has â Gone Troppo â.
