Day 95 7pm Wednesday 11th September 2019 ( UTC-1 )
It is in these latitudes of nought six to nought nine North that in the past I have experienced the most severe tropical squalls so even while cruising along on an even keel a suspicious stare is given to any cloud even just trying to emulate a cumulonimbus. Fortunately there is an almost full moon so I hope to carry the full main and jib through the night so long as I am bathed in her benevolent glow. All signs of Sargassum weed have completely disappeared along with any chance of a fresh fish dinner. The good thing about there being no weed about probably means I am out of the clutches of the Equatorial Counter which tends to run to the South East hereabouts so we are still making reasonable time considering the very light SW breeze.
