The doldrums seem to be slowly closing in on us but the main thing is we are still making way in the right direction albeit at just above two knots from a breeze coming generally from theNorth. The speed is just a bit slow to tell whether the makeshift prop is really working though the indications from its light panel say it could be. As regards comments and suggestions on the blog ( sorry Wolfgang for referring to you as Werner ) they are always welcome. It is surprising how the occasional word from afar can open up the thought processes.
