Day 128 6pm Monday 14th October 2019 ( UTC-2 )
A steady but pleasant day working our way slowly South through the doldrums. With any luck we should enter the different air flow from the Southern Hemisphere in the next day or maybe two then to sit back and enjoy a couple of weeks of Trade Wind sailing. Some large cumulus about and so far nothing threatening but as a precaution the spinnaker pole is down and stowed so the storm staysail can be easily deployed. As far as any further operations on the Watt & Sea go I have decided to leave it as is with some hope that repairs may be carried out under warranty which would be voided if I open it up. Besides I am certain that there is nothing I could do to make it workable.
