Day 139 6pm Thursday 24th October 2019 ( UTC-2 )
Close hauled with no sail alterations over the last two days we finally crossed the Equator in 31 42'W at 9:46am. In comparison with L'Eau Commotions previous excursion into the Northern Hemisphere we entered six days ahead and crossed back three days behind at Day 139 as against 136 for Loco 1 but still ahead of Katherine Ann's time of day 152. The only thing that was trimmed was the solar panel which collected copious rays from a clear blue sky with only the occasional fluffy Cu to cool things slightly.
