Travelling 100 miles off the coast everything is as it should be. The breeze was a little light during the night and this morning but has increased slightly this afternoon to fill the full main and jib on a beam reach to give another comfortable 150 miles since this time last night. Again lots of sunshine but the cabin is becoming a degree or two cooler which is most welcome and we can look forward to similar conditions for at least the next two or three days.
