Looks like we have finally cracked it - with the fresh breeze forecast to veer another point to the South we should comfortably skirt the blue holes expected to form to our West and we could be in for a quartering Sou'Easter for whole week. Anything further out is a bit of a guess but by then we should be firmly entrenched in the Trades for at least as far as Pitcairn where this South Pacific High starts to lose its influence and another set of South Easterlies take over albeit with the odd calm and variables at the changeover. A successful morning tidying up some plumbing ( don't ask ) and the desal is quietly murmuring away to itself with plenty of amps coming through the high thin cloud. And just as I was about to press â Sendâ a pod of small dolphins, perhaps ten or more, joined in to make my day.
