A Quiet Night

With the dawn came a freshening of the North East breeze which had carried us gently through the night to such an extent that the first reef popped in the main is just about right. We are now heading just North of West at a good clip in the hopes of finessing a little blue patch which may appear at this latitude in a few days time. There is little in the way of bird life with a brief visitation of a single gannet yesterday, one tropic bird for a while the day before and nothing today but this does not detract from the glorious conditions of sparkling blue and puffy Cu.
