On a good day an optimistic ETA is all on the cards but on a day like today these calculations are seen to fly out the open hatches. We are heading South West in a dying Nor'Easter with the hope of not experiencing too long a calm tonight before connecting with a promised steady Sou'Easter tomorrow. Also to be taken into account due to the vagaries of the International Date Line is the loss of a full days sail which on past experience would probably be a day of really good mileage so our best hope for arrival at the Gold Coast Seaway is 12 Noon Saturday 29th February 2020 ( Brisbane Time )
