Rory
We headed north out of Gallup to Mesa Verde National Monument. Nice camping area and sites of Indian dwellings. Next we headed out to Telluride. We new they had a music festival there, but man the town was packed. One quick trip thru and we were out again. We proceeded north to Ridgway State Park. Nice place on a reservoir, great hiking. We headed south thru Ouray and the million dollar highway. What awesome views and a little scary to drive, they have no guard rails all along this pass. We arrived and spent the night in Durango at Junction Creek Campground, it was right out of town. We are in Pagosa Springs, headed south into New Mexico, spending the night at Heron Lake, then onto Taos. After that we will head north to stay on a ranch near Antonito, CO
