Another trip to Nogales to bring parts to Manuel on the Mexican side

This was my third trip down to Nogales and then back to Tucson for the sole purpose of delivering parts for refit to Manuel. He cannot cross to US and we meet at the McDonalds Ley and he puts the parts in his car and drives them up to San Carlos. This time he had his friend Carlos, who has worked in the boat in numerous ways over the last year or two. Manuel will arrange for the equipment to be installed on the sailboat, which is often a custom install requiring lots of time and excruciating mechanical detail I'm not very good at. For this particular refit, Manuel will call me when the doppler radar and GPS chartplotting monitor with automatic integrated multiple target tracking software are all finished and everything works. The previous owner promised me the old radar would be back from the shop in Guaymas and guaranteed it would work, but, like so many other things on Oz over the last four years, we had to rebuild completely or replace altogether with modern.
