This photo shows the placement of a recessed led 12 volt step light adjacent to the top step and entryway to OZ's lovely cabin. This particular detail also sheds light in defining the difference between necessary and... really? There's method in my madness though. The stair light is one of two low light fixtures I'm putting in to add a little light for evening and overnight comfort and safety. The step light will have its switch along this growing panel of switches and devices at the entrance to the cabin. You can see the new switch that turns on and off the inside and outside speakers, as well as switches for the compass night light and the new and improved red led outdoor cockpit light. Each of these was hand crafted by Manuel, Salvador, or one of their colleagues. The ideas were mine, but only in concept, rarely in actual form. Slowly, excruciatingly, it happens. I finally received the email from UPS that the nearly 10 lb package is coming.
