Lemons Way

Continuing adventures, observations, and images.

In it

The photo is of a picture my daughter Celia drew and which I had custom framed at our little shop in Hermosillo for $37. Presently I am in it, meaning I headed out after dark into the darkness and anchored across the bay in a light wind. Awoke an hour ago in the middle of the night and had to remind myself I was sleeping on the sailboat at anchor in the sea of Cortez. Sat on deck and watched the stars and the mountains backlit by the village lights. So beautiful to experience. The wind instrument shows 2-3 knots of wind from the west northwest and there is a light swell from that, but nothing more than a gentle rocking motion inside the sailboat. It appears not much done to improve OZ since last visit, but she is still in overall excellent condition in and out. Back to sleep.
