I cannot fully describe how surreal this morning is. Last day and night in the former family home. I'll be sleeping in the other house tomorrow night and thereafter. Everything brings back memories, mostly good and cherished ones. The few items of furniture from this house and from the former office that are going with me are being moved tomorrow. When I think about all the ways the last decade might otherwise have played out, I think we did relatively ok.
