I think we severely underestimate Mexico and the Mexican people

We have nothing like this. And it's such an obvious product. If Mexico is so backwards how do they have this? And the whole tuna sections sold here are redder and more natural and healthier looking too. It's not just the proximity to the sea. We have that in the US. It's because Mexico is way more advanced than we understand in the US. They have standards we don't have for some things. Mexican consumers like me today are eating tuna sashimi that is superior to what I can get at any supermarket I've encountered in Tucson. And it's not just the sashimi, that's just one easy to describe example. This place is growing and I can see it in so many ways.
