All of the sudden, it seems, the bright yellow flower bushes are blooming again. People who think of Tucson as a desert don't understand or appreciate this time of year. The dwarf citrus trees in the backyard and other landscaping around the house are blooming and growing new leafs to take advantage of the sun and warmth. It sure is a time of renewal, if ever there was one. I haven't experienced a transitional period like this since childhood. Except this time, I'm equipped with 51 years of wisdom and experience and adequate other resources to get me through to the other side, whatever that may hold. Stay with me, dear blog groupies.
