If we consider tortillas a form of unleavened bread... of all the mexican deliciousness by far the highlight of this trip was Johnny's Tacos in Hermosillo. The chili con carne tacos were extraordinary. I ate them at a table shared with a local college professor. She said Hermosillo is a food town. Gonna have to explore that side of the city more.
