Lemons Way

Continuing adventures, observations, and images.

Hola from OZ

A pleasant day yesterday. After coffee we walked all the way from marina to marina, then had a hearty breakfast at Barracuda Bobs. It was more than we could finish, but solid. Hitched a ride back to the Oxxo near our marina with this funky group of people in this cool old car. By the time we made it back to the sailboat we were beat and we relaxed on board the rest of the afternoon. Headed into town for dinner at Arbolitos and enjoyed another solid Mexican meal of seafood overlooking the sea, though it was pitch dark out and we couldn't see it at all. Drove home and quickly settled in for the night, me in the pilot's berth and J on deck, then eventually below deck. I left the hatch open most of the night but the weather it didn't matter there have been few if any bugs now that it's so much cooler. Still needed ac yesterday afternoon during the day, but I was too cold a lot of the time. The weather is definitely changing. I'm out here on deck this morning in flannels and my dad's old long sleeve shirt and feeling blessed. Gonna head in soon and make some coffee.
