Old friend has taken on a new meaning now that we qualify for senior citizen discounts at the movie theater. The friends in this picture are the real thing. Literally from my earliest days, and here we are, enjoying yet another evening together after all these years. The food was very yummy, yogurt mint sauce and all. I am grateful for the blessings, the small but important experiences that, over time, make a life. And especially I am grateful for my old dear friends. Reminds me of the lifelong peer groups we hear about in Japan that help them live long healthy lives.
