I'm currently driving out of San Carlos on that long road that leads to the highway. I've got Indie laying peacefully beside me on a towel. She's been a very good companion. I took her to the sailboat twice and when I finally let her inside the cabin she peed. Then she fell into the water accidentally twice from the dock and I had to jump to the ground and fish her out both times because there's no way she can get back up on the dock and she fell so hard she went all the way under water both times. She didn't seem to mind the actual water, but she started shiver to smell like the marina ocean and that stuff can be nasty if you know what I mean. Later that day I gave her her first bath in the tub of the RV section at Q2. I used the big bottle of Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo that was left to me, which I've been using on myself as well. She was so soft and cuddly last night at dinner with my neighbors and friends and their dogs, Sherman and Lola. Over the course of the night, Indie and I enjoyed several cuddles on the ground after trips outside for her to pee and poop. We had whole fish fried in oil that I obtained in town as an appetizer and then spring lamb from Lou and Ingrid's ranch. Very, very tasty. It truly doesn’t get better.
