Resolute - street view

Resolute is the second most northerly Canadian town. It has 250 inhabitants (60 kids), all of them very very friendly, one Coop with limited stock, an army station, a police station, 2 hotels, and a tiny airport. It is sitting on an only partially protected bay and was very windy (30 kn) and cold (-2 C) when we were there. Everyone mentioned to us that this was one of the worst summers they could remember, that it felt like 20 or 30 years ago.
Marielle, Naima and Line went to see a nurse, as they had sore feet. It turns out that they had caught chilblains (minor frostbites). The nurse hadn’t seen this since her childhood…
